Searching for any Birth Family

I have more information than most people start with, but none the less am at a stand still with Iowa Laws.
Please read the following information and see if you possibly knows somebody that knows sombody.

I was born September 6, 1967 at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa. My name at birth was Baby Girl Lieberman. I was placed for adoption at birth and was placed 6 days later with a wonderful family, whom had just lost a daughter. The adoption was private between an attorney, Matt Walsh, Sr., and the OB/GYN, Dr. Hirst. Both are now deceased. My adoptive name is Christine Ann Johnson and was adopted by John and Constance Johnson. The adoption was finalized in 1968 in Pottawattamie County Court.

My adoptive mother was told that my birth mother had other children. In that case, I would love to get to know all of them. I don't care about the circumstances behind my adoption, I just want to know where I came from so that I can share my history with my now 5 grandchildren.
