I am searching for my birth mother and family. I am male and was born in Dubuque, IA on Feb 17, 1964, at 10:17 am. My birth took place at Finley Hospital and I was delivered by Dr Jon(?)Graves. My adoptive parents were Bertha and Norbert Stuer (both deceased) who resided in Clinton, IA. The only thing my adoptive mother could tell me about my birth mother was that she was a "horse woman", which leads me to believe she may have been an equestrian rider during the 1960's.
