Made Progress searching birth records in Johnson County Recorder's office!!!!!!!!! I know my birth name!

My daughter and I went to the recorder's office in Johnson County to look up the birth records on my birthday. In JC, the "seal" that is placed over a baby's record is a sticker. We did not remove and stickers, but you could tell that people had done so. My record had been pulled up and pasted back down previous to our visit. My birth name was baby girl Rhodenbaugh. Another Adoptees Register that is hard to navigate and search

I am Sooo tired of the pathetic search engines/databases that have been created (with good intentions, of course) to assist adoptees and their birth families in search of each other.
