- According to county records, my birth parents were Helen and Harold Wield. They listed their home address as Datona Beach Fl. The doctor that arranged my adoption was Dr Cal Stark, Cedar Rapids IA. He told my adoptive parents that the birth parents could not afford another child, as I apparently have 5 siblings. My birth name was Terry Lynn Wield. My adoption was finalized in Nov 1952, and my adopted name was Patricia Catherine Fleming
