Starting to search I need any hints or help

I am starting to search again for my birth parents or anyone who knows info. I wasted my time with Lutheran Family Services. I know that Fort Dodge isn't that big and someone knows, but where should I start? I thought about just running an ad in the newspaper seeking anyone with info, thought maybe a friend may remember having some classmate that was pregnant or over heard something. They would both be in their early 50's by now. It is frustrating knowing that someone knows and won't search for me like I am for them. I almost feel like someone's dirty secret that they don't want out.

Sounds like a similar situation as my workmates
She was born in Fort Dodge; birthmother was 16 or 17; married and divorced; and had 2 other children
I emailed a woman through Classmates.com who would have been the same age of the birthmother
She doesn't remember any girl quitting school and getting married early
Lutheran Family Services searched for her birthmother but couldn't find her
You would think she would have given her SS#
Will Lutheran Family Services search for you
Have you obtained non-id?
If you have non-id could you email it to me

This is the info I have... Mother was 15-16 father was 17ish. The birth mother was forced by parents to give me up for adoption. Birth father supposedly didnt want to give me up so I went to foster care for 3 months untill his rights were given up. Foster home was in Duncomb. I am assuming both parents had blonde hair due to me having blonde hair. I know that they were from the Fort dodge area but that is about all I have to go on. Of course getting any info out of Lutheran Family services is like trying to find an honest politician. Anyway I hope this is enough to start, I will try to dig up more but it is pretty scarce. Thanks Cory
